Game explanation Red Dog

Game rules

Welcome to Red Dog! Information about the game and a description about how it is played is given below.

About the game

Red Dog is a casino card game that uses a single card game of 52 cards that are shuffled after each round. To win at Red Dog, you must get a card with a value between the values of the first two cards drawn.

Three cards are dealt for each round of play: two face up and the third face down, between the first two. You make a bet on the spread between the first two cards and the relationship with the drawn third card that fell between the two cards. (The spread is the number of cards that fit between the original two, for example: if the first two cards are a 2 and a 6, the spread is 3.) If the third card is the same, or falls outside the spread of the original cards , wins the table. If the first two cards are consecutive, the game is a draw, but if the first two cards are equal, the third is turned over with the chance to get 11: 1 if you get a three of a kind. You can increase your original bet after seeing the first two cards.

Note that the card values follow the Poker standards, where Ace is 14 and not 1. Lord, Lady, and Jack are consecutively worth 13, 12 and 11. All others cards have the value of the front.

Progressive betting

With Progressive betting, Red Dog lets you save your winnings on the table to use for the next round, or you can pick up your winnings at the end of each round. You can select whether you want to enable or disable this Progressive bet via the Game settings menu. Please note, during an active round you cannot switch Progressive betting on or off. To disable Progressive betting, you must complete the round and collect your winnings.

Maximum winnings

If the progressive table is turned on and the maximum win level is reached, your winnings are automatically collected after the next completed round.

How to play

Start placing a bet on the table by clicking on a coin value and then click on the Ante box until you are satisfied with your bet. Then click on DEAL. The dealer places two open cards on the table. If the two cards are consecutive, the hand is a push. If the two cards are equal, a third card is dealt. Remember that you cannot increase your bet with this hand. A corresponding third card pays 11: 1, but in all cases the hand is a push.

Note: Push means that the final round was a draw. Not you and not the table have lost, but instead the bet remains on the table and a new hand is dealt automatically.

If the two original cards are not consecutive and not equal, the dealer announces the spread, i.e. the card values between the cards. For example, a 5 and a 10 would have a spread of 4. You now have the chance to increase your bet. All raises are executed automatically. I.e. that your bet is always doubled when you press the INCREASE button. If you do not want to double your bet, simply click on the BET bet and the third card will be opened. If this card is between the spread of the first two cards, you win according to the paytable. If it is equal to or outside of the spread, you lose.

Yes, it’s that simple: You bet, look at the cards, raise or call and the last card is dealt.

If you play with Progressive betting disabled, you can select the NEW BET or the SAME BET button to click. If you select SAME BET, your winnings are collected and the original bet remains on the table and new cards are dealt. If you select NEW BET, your stacked chip stack is collected and you can place a new bet or leave the table.

With progressive betting

If you select progressive betting, you can choose to collect your winnings or continue betting with your winnings. When a round is complete, you can press the COLLECT or SHARE buttons. If you select INNEN, your stacked chip stack is collected and you can place a new bet or leave the table. If you click SHARE, your chip stack with winnings, original bet and the optional raise will stay on the table and a new hand will be dealt.
